What is the delivery time?

Total time = processing time + shipping time. Our normal delivery time is 1-2 business days after preparing the orders, and 7-10 business days for shipping (2 to 3 work days for express shipping.

Do you ship worldwide?

Do you offer free shipping?

Are there any customs fees?

May be charged customs fees due to strict customs inspections.

But we offer lower values to save your customs fees.

Where does my order ship from?

Our main fulfillment center is located in China.

What delivery companies do you use?

Standard shipping: postal mail / USPS

Express shipping: DHL / UPS / FedEx / ARAMEX

What should I do if I do not receive my order?

We encourage you to track your order online to avoid issues in the delivery process.

If the delivery timeframe has passed, please contact your postal carrier with the tracking number, as well as our customer service.

If your order is lost and your shipping address is correct and deliverable, we will arrange for a free replacement or issue an immediate refund upon confirmation.

– Shipping estimates are from the day of shipping, not from the order date.
– Customers are responsible for lost orders due to incorrect shipping information. So, please make sure your address is correct and deliverable.

Does soblingjewelry ship to multiple addresses?

We are only able to deliver to one address per order. We suggest that you place a separate order for each destination if you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses.

Does UPS/DHL require a signature on delivery?

DHL requires the signature of the receiver, while UPS usually drops the package at your yard/front door/porch when you are not home to receive the package.

What should I do if my order tracking information is not updated?

This means that the tracking information hasn’t been updated in the online tracking system in time, though the actual order status may have already been updated.

Please try again later to see if the information has been updated.

Do you ship to PO BOXes and APO/FPO/AFP military addresses?

We can only ship to those addresses by standard shipping (about 2 weeks for delivery).

If you want to receive the item(s) by expedited shipping(in 10 days), please provide a physical address.
