Return Process

1. Choose the products you want to return in “My Order Detail”, and clickthe  request return button.

Return any item you’ve purchased and have not used or worn, You must file a Return Request within 15 days of delivery.

2. Get the authorization code and return address.

After submitting a Return Request, you can print your authorization code Label from your order page. Pack the item carefully using your own shipping materials and apply the label to the outside of the package. Make sure to secure the item in its packaging, as you’re responsible for delivering it to us in the same condition you received it in.

3. Ship to soblingjewelry.com

Please drop off your item at any nearest post office or your local postal worker promptly and update your tracking number
Returns are processed within 5 days after receiving the authorization code.

4. Get your money after receiving your returned package.

We will process your return within 48 hours after we receive your returned package

Return Conditions

Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packaging and within 15 days of delivery. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Please keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number, as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit.
Without proof of receipt and delivery, we will not issue a refund for your returns.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase (PayPal & Credit card will have a 4.5% payment fee by the third-party payment company ). Please Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 20% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the order has already been shipped.
